Happy New Year!

Dear Friends and Family,
Sorry it has been so long since I have entered anything. It has been very busy around here with the Christmas holidays. Today alone I received over 100 pieces of mail to forward to our missionaries.
I had a great Christmas (except for the Tennis elbow from Jeff and Melody's Wii). The best was beating Jeff at 3 holes of Golf. I had 11 and he had 12. That was the best. Well, 2nd best to Melody's wonderful dinner. I had a good time with Maya and Reili too. I also talked to all my kids over the weekend. Donny and Laura are adjusting to Germany but it is a different country. Well, I'd better go for now. I'll try to get some more pictures up soon.

This is the mission office. My desk is right inside the front door(behind the handicap sign-no relation). Of course today there is snow on the ground.

This is a mural inside Max and Erma's Resturant. We went out to dinner last night for a farewell to Sister Burdett, the sister I'm replacing. All is well and I'm learning there is alot more to a mission than just teaching. Someone has to be behind the scenes for all the other stuff. That would be Elder and Sister Colson, Sister Hubbell and me. I am doing well and will have pictures of my apartment soon. All take care and God Bless.

Well, my time here is almost to an end. So sad. I have made some great friends and am sure they will be so for eternity. We have slowly departed as our training has ended. I will leave at 3am in the morning and will be in Indianapolis by 6pm. I am very anxious to be on my way but not so much to be leaving here. This is an amazing place. Hope to here from all of you soon.

At the MTC

Dear Family and Friends,

I'm having a great time at the MTC. It surely is like getting a drink from a Fire Hose! My Comp is Sister Klundt. Her Grandson in Law went to Indianapolis on his Mission and surprise, surprise, her Grandson, Jared Klundt works with or will work with Nicole's Brent.
